Corks will offer ½ priced wine night every Tuesday. Any 750 ml bottle of Sparkling, White, Rosé and Red wine is ½ price when you purchase dinner in our dining rooms or at the bar. And yes, that includes all the killer stuff we have on the list for over $100.00!
Every Sunday: The Farmer's Market Menu Returns May 4th
The Baltimore Farmers Market reopens on May 4th and Chefs Levi Briggs and Jerry Pellegrino as well as Sommelier Chris Coker will drag their tired bodies out of bed to collect the freshest ingredients from our local farmers to create a special multi-course menu for just $30 not inclusive of beverage, tax or gratuity. Please join us for one of our most popular and ever changing menus!
Administrative Professionals Week: April 22nd through April 25th
Corks will offer multiple specials for Administrative Professionals Week: First, we will offer a three course prix fixe menu for diners who arrive from work between the hours of 5 PM and 6:30PM. Guests will choose from a selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts for $39 for three courses. Chris Coker will also have available a selection of sparkling, white and red wines for $20 or less to further enhance the celebration. Lastly, for parties of 8 or more guests who would like to celebrate during lunch, Corks will offer throughout the week a three course $29 prix fixe. Please call to make reservations.
Upcoming Third Thursdays:
We will continue our wine thematic Third Thursday Dinners each month that feature a Four Course Menu created by Chef Levi Briggs and wine paired by Sommelier, Chris Coker. Third Thursday Menus will be posted on our website approximately two (2) weeks prior to the dinner. There has also been a change in price: Third Thursday is still $75.00 and includes tax, but it no longer includes gratuity. Gratuity will be separate for all future Third Thursdays.
- April 17th: Pinot Noir
- Please join us for an examination of Pinot Noir from Chile, New Zealand, Italy, France and, of course, California and Oregon. Chris Coker will make the selections, Chef Levi Briggs will match them with classic Pinot Noir dishes and Jerry Pellegrino will reap the rewards of their hard work!
- May 15th: Wine for the Grill
- This May Chris Coker and Chef Levi Briggs will examine the wines that are perfect matches for grilled fruits, vegetables and meats. It will be a fun mix of summer rosés, whites and reds.
Corks' 11th Birthday Celebration: Wednesday, May 7th
Help Chef Jerry Pellegrino and Joel Shalowitz celebrate the 11th Anniversary of their restaurant on Wednesday, May 7th. Jerry has found another excuse to raid his wine cellar and gather friends together to feast once again on a sumptuous 5 course menu created by Chef Levi Briggs. Seating is limited so please make your reservations: $195 per guest, not inclusive of gratuity. A menu will be posted two weeks prior to the event on our website.
Napa Valley Big Boys: Friday May 9th
This annual event at Corks will survey the latest offerings from arguably one of the greatest and internationally recognized American AVAs for Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Napa Valley. Chris Coker will select the more "beastly" selections to pair with Chef Levi Briggs' 5 course menu of peak of the season produce and meats. Once again, seating is limited, so please make your reservations: $195 per guest, not inclusive of gratuity. A menu will be posted two weeks prior to the event on our website.
Mothers' Day: Sunday, May 11th
Everyone else celebrates Mothers Day over brunch and chances long lines at the buffet, long waits for tables, mediocre food and poor service. This year truly treat your mother at Corks and make her feel as special as she is to you! We will offer all mothers a glass of complimentary sparkling wine and, of course, will feature our multi-course Sunday Farmers Market Menu for $30. This Sunday we will extend our hours and open at 3 PM and we will take our final reservations at 9PM.
