Corks' award winning wine list includes more than 200 outstanding American wines, featuring the small artisan labels created by winemakers that Chef Pellegrino has met over the years. He appreciates the love and care that these small growers put into their product, and believes that it shows in their wine. The menu is comprehensive and user-friendly, complete with a table of contents, glossary, maps and jargon-free descriptions of the lengthy list of choices. A number of wines are offered by the glass, and these also show up on the dinner menu, a suggested wine by the glass with each menu item.
